Concierge Security Officer (Night Shift – Full-Time Permanent)

Location: Felixstowe (IP11 area)

Pay: £12.71 per hour / Monthly Pay

Hours: Average 40+ hours per week (as per rota)

Shifts: 4 on 4 off, 20:00-06:00

Requirement: Must hold a valid SIA Licence & Your Own transport

About the Role

Kingdom Group has a great opportunity for a Concierge Security Officer to join our team at a supported living site in the Felixstowe area.

This is a full-time night shift role where you will act as the first point of contact while maintaining a safe, secure, and well-managed environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Acting as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
• Signing visitors in and out of the building
• Conducting hourly patrols to ensure site safety and security
• Monitoring CCTV and recording relevant activity
• Completing visual inspections to ensure health and safety compliance, including fire procedures
• Reporting out-of-hours emergency repairs
• Assisting with contractor access and monitoring
• Completing concierge checklists and maintaining accurate records
• Providing detailed handovers to day staff
• Completing incident reports where required
• Reporting significant issues to on‑call staff or supervisors

What We’re Looking For

• Valid SIA Licence (or currently in the process of applying)
• Full 5-year checkable work history
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional, calm, and reliable approach
• Good attention to detail and sound judgement
• Previous experience in a similar role desirable but not essential
• Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
• Own transport required
