Phonics Support TA for Early Reading Growth

Teaching Personnel is seeking a Phonics Support Teaching Assistant in Morecambe to help primary school pupils enhance their phonics and early reading skills. This role involves delivering 1:1 and small group interventions, as well as acting as a general Classroom Teaching Assistant.

The ideal candidate will be patient and willing to engage with students in a lively classroom environment. Experience with children and an interest in phonics are advantageous, but enthusiasm is key to success in this rewarding position.
