Social Worker – Preparing for Adulthood Richmond/Wandsworth

Tripod Partners is looking for a Qualified Social Worker to join the Preparing for Adulthood Team in Richmond and Wandsworth. This role offers a rate of £32 per hour and requires post-ASYE experience in Adult Social Care. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to empowering young adults as they navigate into adult social care.
