MHE Trainer & Safety Coach — Operator Certification

Wickes is looking for a Warehouse MHE Trainer to provide training on the safe operation of Mechanical Handling Equipment (MHE) across multiple shifts in the UK. The role requires valid Counterbalance and Reach Truck licences, with at least 5 years of operational experience.

Responsibilities include conducting training sessions, maintaining compliance documentation, ensuring safety regulations are followed, and supporting the development of training materials. Flexible working hours and occasional travel are required.
