Primary HLTA: Classroom Support & Interventions

Academics is recruiting a Primary HLTA for a full-time position in the Eastleigh area of Southampton starting September 2026. You will support students across Key Stages 1 and 2 by leading sessions and delivering interventions.

The ideal candidate will have a recognised HLTA qualification, strong classroom management skills, and a passion for education. The role is situated within a welcoming and inclusive school environment, making a meaningful impact on children’s education.
