Early Years Teacher – September 2026 to July 2027 (Temporary)
Milk Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Enfield on a temporary basis from September 2026 until July 2027.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Early Years Teacher or a confident practitioner looking to make a positive impact within a supportive school environment. The successful Early Years Teacher will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons in line with the EYFS framework, fostering a nurturing learning environment, and supporting pupils to achieve their full potential.
As an Early Years Teacher, you will:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in accordance with the EYFS curriculum.
- Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and report on pupil progress.
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Support children’s social, emotional, and academic development.
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times.
The ideal Early Years Teacher will have:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching within an Early Years setting.
- Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering engaging and inspiring learning experiences.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
