Landscaper – Commercial and Residential

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Landscaper to join a growing team on a permanent basis.

You will work across a range of residential and commercial landscaping projects, carrying out both hard and soft landscaping works across Berkshire, Hampshire, Surrey, Buckinghamshire, and London.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out hard landscaping works including paving, fencing, decking, and edging
• Perform soft landscaping tasks such as planting, turfing, and general garden maintenance
• Safely operate landscaping tools and machinery
• Assist with site set‑up and material handling
• Maintain high standards of workmanship, health & safety, and site cleanliness
• Represent the company professionally while working on‑site

Requirements

• Previous experience in landscaping
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
