Responsibilities
You will play a key part in keeping our IT operations running smoothly, supporting everything from equipment deployment to asset tracking.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT assets (hardware, software and mobile devices)
- Processing orders for equipment and supporting procurement activities
- Assisting with the setup and distribution of laptops, devices and accessories
- Coordinating deliveries and collections with colleagues across the business
- Supporting the management of our mobile device fleet
- Helping with audits and ensuring data accuracy
This role is a mix of administration, coordination and hands-on IT support, giving you a well-rounded introduction to the field.
Qualifications
You don’t need prior IT experience – we’re more interested in your potential and attitude. We’d love to hear from you if you have:
- A genuine interest in technology and how it works
- Strong organisational skills and reliability
- Great attention to detail
- Confident communication skills
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic IT skills (e.g. Microsoft Office, general computer use)
- Any admin or customer-facing experience – bonus but not essential
