About the Employer
Reflections Training Academy has almost 40 years of experience in teaching hairdressing apprenticeships. We offer work‑based learning which means learners are based in a salon, earning money whilst attending training sessions at Reflections on a regular basis. Here they will learn and develop their hairdressing skills and achieve a highly creative qualification. We have two Training Academies, centrally located in Birmingham and Bristol. Both Academies are City and Guilds approved centres and are funded by the Skills Funding Agency and the European Social Fund.
Responsibilities
- Promote the Reflections company values at all times with excellent and professional telephone manner.
- Manage a busy switchboard, taking and distributing messages when appropriate.
- Meet and greet all learners, clients and visitors to Reflections Training Academy with a friendly and proficient persona.
- Book and allocate client appointments for all learners and maintain the ‘Model Database.’
- Record, report and track learner attendance, producing statistics where required.
- Maintain our learner database.
- Book travel arrangements as and when required.
- Provide full administrative support to Training Personnel.
- Be helpful and informative to learners throughout their programme.
- Monitor and order stationery as and when required.
- Communicate to employers over learner attendance.
- Update promotional client information as and when required, to work alongside the marketing team.
- Effectively audit documentation to ensure full compliance.
- Provide full support for all team members as and when required with regard to the current MI systems and learner queries.
- Compile audit review evaluations for Directors / Senior Management.
Training Outcome
You will be a fully qualified administrator with the possibility to specialise in other avenues such as management, marketing or recruitment.
