Trainee Panel Technician

Job Overview

Manpower UK is seeking a Trainee Panel Technician for a leading accident repair business in Doncaster (DN2). This permanent, full‑time role offers a salary of up to £12.71 per hour, a weekly schedule of Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm, and 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays. Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the repair and replacement of vehicle body panels.
• Learn panel repair techniques to restore damaged vehicles.
• Support technicians with structural repairs, panel fitting and vehicle reassembly.
• Use specialist tools and equipment under supervision.
• Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.
• Follow all health and safety procedures.
• Keep the workshop clean, organised and efficient.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues across the site.
• Develop technical knowledge through ongoing training and mentoring.
