Swansea Council for Voluntary Service (SwanseaCVS) is looking for an Inspiring Futures Outreach Worker in Swansea. This role aims to support economically inactive adults by building trust, providing one-to-one assistance, and helping them access training, volunteering, and educational opportunities.
With both part-time and full-time positions available, the outreach worker will work closely with the community to create personalized action plans and connect individuals with relevant services. The initial contract is for 12 months, offering a salary of £27,386.10 per year pro rata.
