Serco Limited is seeking motivated Apprentices for an Able Seafarer Deck Apprenticeship in Portsmouth, UK. This role combines practical training at sea with structured academic learning, leading to an MCA Able Seafarer Certificate.
Apprentices will assist with navigation duties, safely operate equipment, and participate in emergency training while enjoying the adventure of life at sea. All travel and training expenses are fully funded by Serco.
