We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to join the team at Eastwick Schools. This role provides support on routine administrative activities to enable the school to function efficiently. To support the efficient running of reception, managing telephone and face to face enquiries and ensuring the school’s security procedures for visitors are properly followed, to provide a courteous welcome and promote a positive and professional image of the school.
What We’re Looking For:
- Good numeracy and literacy skills (e.g., GCSE English and Maths or equivalent).
- Enthusiasm, good listening skills, and an ability to follow instructions.
- Proficiency in IT skills and understanding of Health & Safety regulations.
- Alignment with our values: Integrity, Partnership, Advocacy, Resilience, Compassion, and Aspiration.
Training will be provided, so prior experience is not essential, however an interest in ‘Bringing out the Best’ in every student/pupil in their learning outcomes.
