Breakfast Kitchen Lead – Seasonal Creations & Team Training

La Nouvelle Garde is seeking an experienced Breakfast Chef to lead the breakfast service in Greater London. You will work closely with the Head Chef to create innovative and seasonal breakfast offerings while training junior chefs and managing kitchen operations.

This role requires at least 2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant with strong leadership and hospitality skills. The position offers an annual salary of £37,000 – £40,000 and a range of benefits including 28 days holiday and meal discounts.
