We are currently seeking enthusiastic and reliable Supply Teachers to work across a range of primary and secondary schools in Worthing and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified teachers looking for flexible work, improved work‑life balance, or experience across different school settings.

The ideal candidate will have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching in UK schools (preferred but not essential for some roles)
• Strong classroom management skills
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

Your role will include

• Delivering pre‑set lesson plans or planning engaging lessons where required
• Maintaining a positive and productive classroom environment
• Supporting pupils’ learning and development
• Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
