We are currently recruiting for a passionate and motivated PE Teacher to join a well-regarded secondary school in Gloucester from September. This is a full-time temporary position for an initial two-month period, with the potential for extension for the right candidate.

The Role

• Deliver engaging PE lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Inspire students to participate in sport and physical activity
• Plan, prepare and assess lessons in line with the curriculum
• Maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom management
• Contribute positively to the wider life of the PE department

The Ideal Candidate

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
• Experience teaching PE in a secondary school setting
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Passion for promoting health, fitness and student well-being
• Ability to build positive relationships with students and colleagues
