About the Role

People Dynamix is recruiting Warehouse Operatives and FLT Drivers for an established timber and distribution operation based in Warrington. We are looking for reliable, hardworking individuals seeking long‑term, ongoing work with genuine opportunities for permanent employment.

Applicants should hold a valid Counterbalance licence; Reach, VNA or Multi‑Directional licences are also acceptable.

Previous experience within the timber industry would be advantageous but is not essential.

Duties Included:

• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently
• Picking and packing customer orders
• Operating FLT equipment in a busy warehouse environment
• Stock movement and storage allocation
• Completing pre‑operational equipment checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet operational targets

Requirements:

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (essential)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Looking for ongoing, long‑term employment
• Ability to work rotating shifts
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
• Previous warehouse experience preferred

Experience:

• FLT: 1 year (required)
• Working with timber: 1 year (preferred)

Licences / Certifications:
