Regional Trainer – Field Service and First-Time Fix

Selecta is hiring a Regional Trainer to enhance the skills of its Service Technicians. In this role, you’ll develop training plans based on identified knowledge gaps, improve first-time fix rates, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
