What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or an experienced Junior Sous Chef ready for the next step. Culinary qualification or professional certification is desirable. Strong knowledge of ingredients, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Passion for quality food and attention to detail. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced kitchen. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Excellent understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish is essential.
