Shift Pattern: 2 Days (7am–7pm), 2 Nights (7pm–7am), 4 Days Off.
We are looking for a CCTV Operator to join our Remote Video Response Centre team. In this role, you will monitor CCTV and alarm activations, respond to incidents, and provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers in a fast‑paced, security‑focused environment.
What You’ll Do
- Monitor and analyse CCTV footage and alarm activations.
- Respond to remote video events and take appropriate action.
- Handle inbound calls from customers and internal stakeholders.
- Accurately record incidents and update customer databases.
- Escalate enquiries, complaints, or incidents where required.
- Maintain customer confidentiality and follow company procedures at all times.
Must-Have
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional during serious incidents.
- Strong attention to detail and concentration skills.
- Customer-focused with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
Nice-to-Have
- SIA CCTV Licence.
- IT knowledge.
- Experience within a monitoring, security, or customer service environment.
