Job Description:

We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Gardener to support the delivery of high-quality grounds services at a prestigious hotel in Egham. What you’ll do

  • Carry out routine and specialist grounds maintenance tasks including grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming, spraying, pruning, and litter picking.
  • Operate a range of equipment and machinery safely and effectively.
  • Maintain tools, vehicles, and PPE to a high standard and report any defects.
  • Record completed work using mobile technology (training provided).
  • Work collaboratively with your team to meet quality and performance targets.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a similar grounds maintenance role.
  • Good understanding of health & safety procedures and safe equipment use.
  • Full UK driving licence (preferred).
  • Spraying qualifications (PA1 & PA6) and/or horticultural certification (desirable).
  • A proactive, professional attitude and ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
