Volunteer Programs Lead — Biodiversity & Community Impact

Westonbirt Arboretum – Forestry England is seeking a Volunteer Coordinator to support its extensive voluntary programme. This role focuses on managing over 50,000 volunteer hours annually, coordinating activities alongside recreation and land management teams.

The successful candidate will be tasked with planning and overseeing volunteer opportunities and ensuring all activities are conducted safely in alignment with Forestry England standards.
