The School and the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate Maths Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive secondary school in Doncaster part time starting September 2026.
You’ll be teaching Maths across KS3 and KS4 (Years 7-11), delivering engaging, creative lessons that inspire confidence and performance skills. The school has well‑motivated students, strong leadership support and a clear commitment to professional development. Maths is valued within the curriculum, with opportunities to contribute to extracurricular activities if wanted.
You’ll be joining a dedicated and collaborative department, with access to good facilities, specialist resources, and free onsite parking.
Requirements (Please Apply Only If You Meet the Below)
- Hold QTS or a PGCE (UK‑recognised teaching qualification)
- Have recent experience teaching GCSE Maths (Years 10 and 11)
- Be available full‑time for a one‑term cover
- Demonstrate strong classroom management and the ability to motivate and inspire students of all abilities
- Have excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be able to provide suitable references, a valid Enhanced DBS (or be willing to apply), and Right to Work in the UK
