We are working with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Crawley, seeking a dedicated teacher to support their SEN unit on a part‑time basis (2–3 days per week, with flexibility on days).
The Role:
- Teaching and supporting pupils within a specialist SEN provision
- Delivering tailored lessons to meet a range of additional needs (including ASD, ADHD, and speech & language needs)
- Creating a safe, engaging, and supportive learning environment
- Working closely with experienced support staff, SENCO, and the wider school team
- Monitoring progress and adapting learning to support individual outcomes
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with children with SEN (school‑based or alternative settings)
- A calm, patient, and adaptable approach
- Strong behaviour management and a nurturing teaching style
- A genuine passion for inclusive education
