We are working with a primary school in Welling, Bexley looking for a Learning Support Assistant for a long‑term support role. This is a steady long‑term support role in a primary setting. It is a permanent position starting in September 2026. The school needs someone reliable, patient and useful in class from day one.

Role Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils with SEN, ASD, speech and language needs or EHCP‑linked support
• Working in class, small groups or 1:1 depending on pupil need
• Helping create calm routines and consistent classroom support
• Supporting learning without becoming generic cover

Key Skills and Experience

• Previous school, SEN, care, childcare or youth work experience
• Someone calm, steady and reliable
• Good communication with teachers and pupils
• A patient approach with pupils who need extra time and consistency

Salary and Logistics

• Pay: £90 – £105 per day
• Location: Welling, Bexley (DA6 7AT)
• Start date: September 2026
