The School and Role

Vision for Education is recruiting a Grade 4 Teaching Assistant to support Key Stage 1 at our Primary School in Doncaster. The role is a Higher‑Level Teaching Assistant who will lead the class during teachers’ PPA time, provide leadership cover and run courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead class activities during teachers’ PPA time.
• Provide leadership cover for teachers.
• Run instructional courses for students.

• Excellent understanding of how children learn.
• Ability to motivate and inspire children.
• Positive working attitude and commitment to continually improve teaching practice.
• Organised, punctual and adaptable.
