The Governors are seeking to appoint a day time Caretaker (37 hours per week) from 1st September 2026 in the Premises team within Bishop Gore School. The post will be permanent and subject to a six-month probationary period as applied by City and County of Swansea policy.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide caretaking duties across all aspects of the school premises.
- Ensure the premises provide a suitable, safe and secure learning environment for all pupils and staff under the direction of the Premises Manager.
- Contribute to ensuring all aspects of our provision enable pupils to be ethical, informed citizens and healthy, confident individuals.
- Contribute to providing opportunities for pupils to be ambitious, capable learners and enterprising, creative contributors.
Bishop Gore School is a popular, very successful 11-18 comprehensive school. In our recent ESTYN inspection, our school was again judged to be “Excellent”.
