Youth Development Worker – Kidney Health (Hybrid Role)

University Hospital Southampton NHS Trust is looking for a Youth Development Worker – Renal to support young people aged 11 to 25 living with long-term kidney conditions. The role offers a youth-led approach, facilitating both in-person and virtual support as part of a health care team.

This position requires flexibility, with some working from home and traveling to different locations. The successful candidate will have a Professional Youth Work Qualification and experience working with young people in a clinical setting.

Salary ranges from £32,073 to £39,043 per annum, depending on experience.
