Extreme Air Park is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate must be fully available to work anytime during store operations, including weekends, as weekends are our peak business days. The Assistant Manager will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, leading a team, and managing overall store operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
• Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of employees to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer experiences
• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Conduct interviews, recruit, and hire qualified candidates for open positions
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team members’ skills and performance
• Implement efficient time management strategies to optimize store operations
• Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when communicating with customers or resolving issues

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive results
• Solid organizational and time management skills
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising best practices

Pay

From $24.50 per hour.
