Retail Superstore Assistant Manager – Pucklechurch, St Peter’s Hospice
Location: Bristol, BS16 9HB
Salary: £26,611 – £27,198 per annum (based on experience)
Employment type: Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, 5 days in 7
We are looking for an enthusiastic, creative, and motivated individual to join our team as Superstore Assistant Manager at Pucklechurch. You will be supported by experienced team members and will develop strong relationships with customers and volunteers.

What We Are Looking For
- Previous retail experience, preferably at a managerial level.
- Commercial awareness and demonstrable experience of managing and leading a team; delivering outstanding customer service.
- Genuine interest in fashion/furniture and charity retail.
- Ability to gain trust, motivate, build rapport and provide leadership.
- High levels of organisation with a proactive approach.
- Open and adaptable to change and able to support others through it.
- IT literacy and numeracy skills; able to use email systems, online resources and basic spreadsheets.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to the charity retail environment.
