Job Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, driving the outbound motion. Your primary responsibility is to generate and qualify leads that convert into pipeline opportunities, paving the way for our sales team to close deals. You will engage with prospects across multiple campaigns and channels, to understand their needs, and demonstrate how our solutions and services can address those needs. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and research potential clients within our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) through various channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, industry events, partnerships and networking.
  • Outbound Outreach: Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline, whilst maintaining a high volume of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.
  • Qualify Leads: Evaluate potential clients to determine their needs, budget, and decision-making process, ensuring they are a good fit for our solutions.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with marketing on targeted campaigns, and the sales team to pass qualified leads with detailed information to facilitate the sales process.
  • Maintain CRM: Accurately record and manage lead information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Previous experience with Salesforce preferred but not essential.
  • Stay Informed: Keep up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and our product/service offerings to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for SQL’s and pipelinegeneration.

Experience

A proven Track Record: 9+ months of experience in a sales development representative, lead gen or inside sales role; sales experience in the IT space is a plus. Candidates who thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment and who have a proven track record of success in their past roles and experiences.

Education

University Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or a related field (preferred).
