Are you an experienced internal sales professional with a background in supplying products into the construction or relative industries?
I am recruiting for a well-established and growing manufacturer/distributor within the construction supply sector, providing a wide range of specialist building materials and solutions. With continued investment in both product innovation and staff development, they are now looking to appoint a driven and commercially focused internal sales representative to join their team.

The Role
- Identify, develop, and convert new sales opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with existing clients
- Respond to enquiries and provide accurate quotations
- Offer product knowledge and technical guidance
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and prepare sales reports
Qualifications
- Experience in internal sales (construction supply preferred but not essential)
- Strong working knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft 365
- Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
- Target-driven and commercially aware
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Proactive, self-motivated, and solutions-focused
