As a Store Associate you will support the manager with all aspects of running a busy store and step up to supervise in their absence.
Responsibilities
- Maximise sales and profit in store.
- Ensure the highest standards of presentation and customer service.
- Support the manager with all aspects of store operations.
- Supervise in the manager’s absence, covering days off or holiday leave.
- Lead a team of colleagues to maximise sales and meet store targets.
Qualifications
- Well organised with strong communication skills.
- Eager to learn how to lead a team of colleagues.
