Responsibilities
- Work with the Regional Sales Manager to sell Carlsberg Britvic’s portfolio of beers, ciders, and soft drinks.
- Make face‑to‑face contact with convenience (Symbol and Independent) retailers, establish and retain new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute a territory business plan focused on maximising sales opportunities.
- Build outstanding relationships with customers and understand their needs and local consumer trends.
- Use a full category‑based selling approach to grow and develop every outlet.
- Analyse data and evidence‑based retailer successes to drive best practices in your territory and across the team.
- Maintain a growth mindset and adapt solutions to overcome challenges and win over stores.
Qualifications
- Target‑oriented, driven team player with enthusiasm for building relationships.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good administration, organisational and planning skills.
- Commercially astute with negotiation techniques.
- Self‑motivated and IT & social media literate.
- Strong and resilient, with the personal energy to act at pace.
- Participates as part of a proactive team.
- Full valid manual driving licence.
- Eligibility to work in the UK and live within a 60‑minute commute of the role location.

- Experience working in convenience or FMCG.
