Personal Care Assistant
- Complex Care Support (two positions available) We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our small, supportive team, contributing to a 24/7 package of care for a gentleman with complex needs.
Our client is non-verbal and lives with cerebral palsy, learning difficulties, and epilepsy.
He uses a wheelchair and enjoys being out in the community, taking part in activities, and living an active social life.
A key requirement of the role is that you are able to deliver high-quality, person-centred care both at home and when out in the community, supporting with personal care, daily living tasks, and encouraging independence.
You will work on a 2:1 support ratio during the day.
What We Offer: A variety of 8-hour and 12-hour shifts (day shifts and sleepovers), on a rota basis.
Enhanced pay rates for bank holidays Full training and development Sick pay £13.95 per hour and £108.43 sleeping night rate A supportive, positive working environment.
The posts available are for 8-16hrs per week contracted and a bank worker on a zero-hours contract to cover annual leave, sickness and training.
