Teaching Assistant (Fixed Term until 20/07/2027)
Pay Grade Dorset Grade 5, Point 5-6 FTE (£25,583 to £25,989)
Actual Pro Rata Pay (£18,188 to £18,477, Hourly rate of £13.26 to £13.47)
The vacancy is a term time position, working 31.25 hours per week (Monday – Friday 8:30am to 3:15pm including a half an hour lunch duty), 38 weeks per year.
Radipole Primary School would like to appoint a teaching assistant to join our friendly and talented team on a fixed term basis working predominantly within KS2.

- Support the development of children’s emotional wellbeing, speech and language, and social skills.
- Work on a 1:1 basis with children as required.
- Nurture, motivate and enable children to achieve highly.

The pro rata salary shown is based on the number of hours and weeks worked and includes appropriate paid annual leave and bank holiday entitlements.
The salary quoted is the annual salary for the position at the time of advert. The salary will be paid in equal monthly instalments and will be adjusted at the start of employment and again if leaving part way through the school year to ensure the correct salary is received for the work completed in an academic year.
This role is UK based and your Right to Work will need to be established as part of the appointment process.
