Overview
As our Business Administration Apprentice, you’ll play an important role in supporting the delivery and administration of our Employment & Skills programmes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience while working towards a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship. You’ll work alongside the Learner Manager, Mentors and Coordinator to help ensure the smooth running of employability, skills, and distance learning programmes.
Responsibilities
- Support learner engagement, attendance and progression
- Assist in one-to-one sessions and action plans
- Support job search, applications and progression routes
- Assist in delivering workshops, job clubs and skills sessions
- Prepare learning materials and resources
- Support enrolments and onboarding
- Track learner progress and completion
- Maintain registers and learner records
- Support timetable coordination
- Research vacancies and opportunities
- Maintain accurate learner data
- Support KPI tracking and reporting
- Support employer engagement activities
Qualifications & Training
- Full UK Driving Licence
- English and Maths at Level 2 (GCSE Grade 4)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience of working with people
- IT skills (operating systems, equipment, digital tools)
- Flexible approach to working hours and locations
- Practical and solution-oriented approach
- Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
