Job Description

You will take full ownership of an established South East territory, inheriting a portfolio of existing customers and key accounts.Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and growing relationships across care homes, hospitals, and healthcare groups
  • Driving new business opportunities within a live, active region
  • Delivering a consultative, solution-led sales process
  • Conducting site-based meetings and surveys, developing proposals, and closing deals
  • Building a strong pipeline and consistently hitting revenue targets
  • Working closely with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes

The Successful Applicant

This role will suit high-performing, self-sufficient sales professionals – not entry-level candidates or those without field-based experience.

  • Proven field sales professional with clear ownership of a territory/region with exposure to healthcare, care homes, MedTech, or technical solutions sales
  • Demonstrable track record of winning new business while growing existing accounts
  • Experience managing a consultative or technically led sales process
  • Confident operating autonomously in a regional role with full accountability

The role offers a competitive base salary which may be a slight adjustment for more senior candidates;
