LookingforanexperiencedProjectManagertorunCCTVandAccessControlSecuritySystemsinstallationsprojectsonconstructionsites
Applicantsmustbeabletodemonstratepreviousexperiencerunningsimilarconstructionsiteprojectsthathaveincluded:conduit/containment,cablingandsystemsinstallations.
Thiscompanyundertakeprojectstoinstallsecuritysystemsintonewbuildproperties(mostlyresidentialblocksofflats/mixedcommercialresidentialbuildings).
Thisisanoffthetoolsmanagementposition,youwillberesponsibleformanagingtheinstallationsteambothemployedandsub-contractorsonsite(s),andtheclientrelationship,attendingallmeetings,resolvingissuesetc.
Youwillmanageeitherlargesinglesiteprojectsormultipleconcurrentsmallerinstallations.
TheinitialrolewillbetoProjectManageaprojectinCamdenandaprojectinTottenham,soideallyapplicantsshouldliveintheNorthofLondonarea.
Mustbeabletodriveandwillingtotravel,asprojectsareacrosstheSouthEast.
Applicantsrequire:
- eitherSSSTSorSMSTS
- holdafullUKdriverslicence
- haveworkedasaProject/SiteManagerpreviously
- havepreviouslymanagedcabledsystemsinstallations(ideallysecuritysystems)projects
- belocatedintheSouthEastofEngland
Salaryonofferisabasicof£45-£50Kdependingonexperience+companycaror£5Kcarallowance.
Afterprobationyouwillbeeligibleforthebonusscheme,whichcanawardaround10%ofsalaryifyourprojectsaredeliveredwithinthetargetprofitabilitymargins.
