Salary: £130,000 – 130,000 per year

Requirements:

  • We bring 12-18 years of experience in enterprise architecture or solution design.
  • We have proven experience in onsite, client-facing roles on banking programs.
  • We have strong banking domain expertise across retail banking, lending, payments, and contact center operations.
  • We have expertise in conversational AI, IVR, and GCP architecture.
  • We have knowledge of agentic AI, RAG, and API-led integrations.
  • We have exceptional stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • We have hands‑on experience delivering IVR, contact center, or conversational AI transformations.
  • We have experience leading large‑scale digital transformation in regulated environments.
  • We have a track record of engaging executive stakeholders and driving customer experience initiatives.
  • We have experience working with Tier‑1 banks or financial institutions.
  • We understand banking regulations, including data privacy and PCI‑DSS or GDPR‑equivalent requirements.
  • We have exposure to CCaaS platforms such as Google CXAS/CES, Genesys, NICE, or Amazon Connect.
  • We have experience in multi‑agent orchestration or agentic frameworks.
  • We are familiar with AI governance, risk management, and model validation frameworks.
  • We hold a Google Cloud Professional Architect certification.
  • We hold a Google Professional Machine Learning Engineer certification.
  • We hold certifications in conversational AI platforms such as Google CES, Dialogflow CX, or equivalent.
  • We hold TOGAF or other enterprise architecture certifications.

Responsibilities:

  • We serve as the primary onsite liaison for banking stakeholders and build trusted relationships across business, operations, and IT.
  • We lead agentic IVR architecture design using GCP technologies such as CXAS, Dialogflow CX, ADK, Vertex AI, and Apigee for banking use cases.
  • We translate business goals into secure, compliant, and scalable AI‑driven conversational solutions.
  • We drive CX transformation and automation strategies aligned with regulatory requirements.
  • We ensure seamless integration with core banking systems and CCaaS platforms.
  • We establish governance, compliance, and AI guardrails, including data privacy, auditability, and explainability.
  • We oversee delivery teams to ensure quality, performance, and resilience.
