Job Description Real Estate Solicitor, 2+ PQE, Oxfordshire, £60,000–£70,000 DOE. Working with a diverse client base including landlords, tenants, developers, investors, and commercial occupiers, you will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, investment transactions, secured lending, and development projects. nApplications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE and experience in commercial property law. You will have a solid grounding in landlord and tenant matters, investment work, secured lending, or development transactions, together with excellent technical ability and strong commercial awareness.
