The role will provide the opportunity to work on high-quality mid-market transactions and above, build your own client relationships, mentor junior lawyers and play a key role in the continued growth of the Birmingham team.

- 5+ PQE Corporate Solicitor
- Experience gained within a national or international law firm
- Mid-market M&A experience
- A commercial mindset with an interest in business development
