Job Description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Solicitor (1-3 PQE) to join a busy and growing team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of high-quality commercial property work, alongside residential matters, providing an excellent platform for career development.
Working closely with Partners and Senior Lawyers, you will advise a diverse client base, including buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, investors, borrowers and lenders, while gaining hands-on experience across a varied caseload.
The role:
You will be involved in a wide range of Property matters, including:
- Commercial property acquisitions and disposals
- Landlord and tenant matters, including leases, licences, deeds of variation and related documentation
- Property finance transactions
- Day-to-day asset management work
- Residential property transactions where required
- Corporate support on property aspects of company acquisitions and disposals.
You will also attend client meetings, contribute to legal strategy, undertake legal research and play an active role in business development initiatives.
