Responsibilities for this Real Estate Solicitor vacancy: Reviewing and reporting on section 106 agreements and planning consents; Negotiating, reviewing and reporting on land acquisition and planning consents Experience of dealing with PLC housebuilder Leading on complex real estate development acquisitions (including large-scale portfolio acquisitions and multi-phase residential schemes) and disposals.
