Marsden have an exclusive retained search for a Senior In-House Disputes Lawyer to join the in-house legal team of a leading global law firm in London.

This senior and influential role will offer you a broad remit spanning internal investigations, client and third-party disputes, regulatory matters, professional indemnity and emerging legal risks associated with AI and new technologies.

Key responsibilities
nn
You will be involved in:
nn
• Managing complex, multi-jurisdictional disputes and regulatory investigations n• Advising senior stakeholders on professional indemnity and risk strategy n• Developing governance frameworks for Generative AI n• Managing relationships with external counsel n• Contributing to firm-wide policies, training and risk initiatives

This fantastic opportunity would suit you if you have around 10 years’ PQE gained in reputable private practice firms and/or with similar roles in house. You will have a strong contentious background, although candidates with varying levels of experience will be considered where their expertise aligns closely with the role.
