If you enjoy a guest-facing role and have a flair for service and sales, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.Key Responsibilities– Greet and check in guests, ensuring a smooth start to their pool experience.– Promote and sell pool essentials like armbands, goggles, and other swim accessories.– Provide information on pool schedules, safety rules, and available amenities.– Maintain cleanliness in the reception area, changing facilities and toilets, contributing to a clean and safe environment for our guests. – Monitor bookings and pool capacity tomaintaina safe and enjoyable setting for all guests.Requirements– Experience in a customer service or sales role is beneficial.– Friendly, confident communicator comfortable with promoting products to guests.– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.– Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic, family-friendly environment.– Flexible availability, including weekends and peak times.
