Tutor Partnerships Executive

Enjoy Education | Knightsbridge, London | Hybrid | Full-time, Permanent

Enjoy Education is reaching its 20th year, marking two decades of supporting UK and international families with highly personalised private tuition, homeschooling, school advisory and bespoke education consultancy.

Our work is built on reputation, relationships, discretion and exceptional outcomes. We support families making high-trust decisions about their children’s education, often at moments of complexity, transition or pressure.

At the heart of our work is our tutor network. We are now looking for a thoughtful, organised and proactive Tutor Partnerships Executive to help us deliver an outstanding experience for tutors, families and colleagues alike.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in education, operations, relationship management and systems. The role sits within our Tutor Partnerships function and will support tutor onboarding, compliance administration, reporting, communications and day-to-day tutor support.

You will help ensure our tutor records are accurate, our compliance processes are well managed, and our tutors experience Enjoy as responsive, professional and highly organised.

Key responsibilities will include:

Supporting tutor onboarding, including interview coordination, documentation and compliance checks

Acting as a first point of contact for tutor queries by inbox and phone

Maintaining accurate tutor records across HubSpot and internal systems

Supporting DBS, Right to Work, safeguarding and compliance administration

Preparing operational and compliance reporting

Assisting with tutor communications, engagement initiatives and resources

Providing wider operational support across Tutor Partnerships and Client Services as the business continues to grow

We are looking for someone who is:

Highly organised, detail-focused and reliable

A strong written and verbal communicator

Confident using systems, spreadsheets and CRM tools, ideally HubSpot

Comfortable managing sensitive information with discretion

Proactive, collaborative and able to work across teams

Interested in education, operations, client service or recruitment

Able to manage multiple tasks and follow through carefully

Experience in education, recruitment, operations, compliance or professional services would be helpful, but we are equally interested in candidates with the right mindset, judgement and attention to detail.

Location: Knightsbridge, London

Working pattern: Hybrid, 2–3 days in the office

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Salary: Dependent on experience, plus performance-related bonus

Benefits: 25 days annual leave plus UK bank holidays, additional service-related leave, birthday day off, charity day, hybrid working, remote summer working policy, Juno wellbeing platform and enhanced family leave policies.
