This is a full‑time role where you will provide administrative support and help develop strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met efficiently and professionally.This position is ideal for someone who is organised, confident, and keen to learn, with a passion for providing excellent customer service.Key Responsibilities- Processing orders, quotes, and responding to custom requests- Answering incoming calls and handling customer enquiries- Assisting customers with queries and providing clear, helpful advice- Carrying out background research on customers, including credit checks and reviewing websites/social media- Providing feedback to management on ways to improve forms, website information, FAQs, and marketing materials- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships- Coordinating meetings and scheduling callsSkills & Experience RequiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPositive “can-do” attitudeHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using Microsoft Office and general IT systemsPrevious office experience preferredExperience working with numbers Eager to learn and developPackage includes;
