The Role:As Key Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow existing customer accounts
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Act as the main point of contact for your key clients
- Understand customer needs and promote relevant products
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and brand partners
- Negotiate contracts and prepare sales proposals
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Attend weekly sales meetings and submit monthly reports
This is a field-based role with occasional travel to HQ. You’ll organise your day to maximise opportunities across your territory.About You:
- Previous field sales experience in the on-trade drinks industry is essential
- Confident, strategic, and commercially driven
- Full UK Driving Licence (clean)
- WSET Level 1 qualification (preferred)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Degree educated (preferred)
