£2,600/annum (+minimum 4 hours)Working Hours:Monday to Friday – 8 am to 5 pm GH Engage is partnered with a leading commercial maintenance provider who are seeking an Engineering Supervisor to be based in the City of London.The successful applicant will have a demonstrable history in commercial building maintenance and facilities, as well as relevant Electrical Engineering qualifications.Duties as Engineering Supervisor:Delivering maintenance to the landlord areas of a small commercial building .1-person engineering team.Managing sub-contractors;
raise quotations,raisepurchase orders.Strong & effective communication with the client;
answering client queries & complaints.Computer literacy & timely communication. Engineering Supervisor – Requirements:5 years of experience in maintenance engineering roles (electrical/mechanical).Experience ensuring compliance;
familiar with industry standards for health & safety, and excellence.Supervisory or Lead Engineer experience;
strong leadershipand communication skills.Engineering qualifications;
Electrical level 3 or equivalent. Salary & Benefits:Salary up to £54,000Call out 1 in 2 (£100/week = £2,600/year)Monday to Friday;
